Bob and Nadia were married in a private ceremony amongst the crashing waves of the shoreline in Maine. They threw a reception party in Buffalo, NY later for friends and family and asked if I'd make a portrait for them. Their announcements had an illustration done by Nadia herself on them and we decided to make the portrait similar in style. This was done on my rooftop in Mt. Washington. Anyone see the "American Gothic" resemblance?
